- 6 sheets of bread carasau
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams of mozzarella
- olive oil
How to make the millefeuille of bread carasau
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut into four pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add plenty of chopped basil, season with salt, extra virgin olive oil. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes.
Season each layer of bread carasau with tomatoes and their sauce.
United now mozzarella cut into cubes
Make 3 equal layers finishing with a spoonful of cherry tomatoes, a morsel of mozzarella and a leaf of basil.
Let rest the millefeuille of bread carasau for a few minutes before serving.
