Ketchup homemade 1

The homemade ketchup is a recipe that I mix in my head for a while! My father loves sauces and various sauces and every time, staying to dine with him, I see him take the ketchup pack from the fridge I always say the same thing: "Sooner or later I have to take it a home made!" At a fast food home-cooked meal I thought I'd try out the recipe to make the ketchup in the house so as to accompany our sandwiches with burgers and french fries boundary. Well, the recipe is liked by everyone, even the small house, after having dipped his fries in the very famous tomato sauce sweet and sour taste I have promoted it by showing the thumb with a beautiful little face still dirty sauce;) Orta I tested the recipe for you, you just have to try it too will at the first opportunity. kisses

Once you have reached the right consistency (it should be creamy but fluid), turn off and let cool completely, then put it in a jar and let stand in refrigerator for at least 30-60 minutes.
Your homemade ketchup is ready. You can consume it immediately, or store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
If you prefer, you can prepare in larger amounts, close the jars with the product still hot and turn upside down until it cools to create vacuum, and then pasteurizing the jars: by doing so you can save your ketchup in the pantry for a few months.
