The vegan mayonnaise is one of those recipes on which I was skeptical until the last ... but when I finally decided to make it liked it so much I had to do it again the next day already! It is a fake mayonnaise, because it is without eggs, fast to prepare, with a delicate taste and above all can not go crazy like the classic mayonnaise, that for me is a fact more than positive, given my past;) In addition to the recipe as well as I tried I the only suggestion to you is to add to the mix a teaspoon of turmeric to get a color most similar to the original, for the rest, it is really so perfect. I leave you the recipe and I go for the second round;)
- Ingredients for 4 people:
- 100 ml of soy milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 130 ml of seed oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make the vegan mayonnaise
Put in the bowl of the mixer base soy milk, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
Blend gradually add the oil making small vertical movements.
After 30-40 seconds, your mayonnaise without eggs will be ready.
Put the vegan mayonnaise in a bowl and store in refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
