I love yogurt and some time I was looking for an easy way to make it happen at home, so as to have a fresh and genuine product made directly with my hands, so when I stumbled upon this simple recipe, I immediately proceeded to realize it. To prepare homemade yogurt will do 3 heaping tablespoons of greek yogurt at room temperature and a liter of fresh milk, following the recipe to the letter, after 12 hours you will get a thick and creamy yogurt with honey or fruit you can enrich and customize it according to your tastes. Leaving aside 3 tablespoons of your homemade yogurt, you can create every time the new order to be able to always have a stash in the fridge. Ingredients for 1 kg of yoghurt:
1 liter of whole milk
3 tablespoons greek yogurt

How do the homemade yogurt

Heat the milk over low heat in a large pot.

Let cool completely and with a fine mesh strainer to strain it to remove milk arisen cream on the surface.
