The batter for fried is a basic recipe easy to make. Obviously there are many different recipes for batter each other, from the beer to the water that you use for the tempura, but since this is the recipe that my mom always used, is the one that usually I use for my frying especially when it comes to vegetables. - 120 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make the batter for fried
Beat egg and salt in a bowl, then add the milk.
Mix with the flour and mix well with the whisk, being careful not to create lumps.
Let stand for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator, covered with foil.
Your batter fried is ready: you can use it for meat, fish or vegetables.
