The panna cotta is a recipe originally from Piedmont and is one of the most popular sweets spoon and appreciated not only in Italy, but all over the world for the simplicity of its preparation and its delicate taste. Although she loved the panna cotta I had never done, I thought it would take some kind of skill and such wonderful ingredients, instead of leafing through a book of desserts I read the recipe for the caramel and discovered that it takes nothing more than cream, milk and sugar ° _ ° Obviously I started work! And this is the result. This is the classic version of panna cotta with caramel, but if you prefer you can use fresh fruit or jam or Nutella (though in my opinion, nothing is better than 🙂 caramel)
