Apricots baked are a sweet delicious and tasty, different from the usual and fairly light. Very easy to do, these stuffed apricots you can prepare them in advance, store them in the refrigerator and pull out at the last minute after the original for a meal and it should not complicate in these hot summer evenings. - 8 mini cupcakes
- 4 apricots
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 100g of philadelphia
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon rum
