I felt like a plum in moist lemon, buttery and very limonoso so I started work with the hope of getting the desired result, and luckily I made the center. The recipe I developed to do this plum lemon involves the use of a yogurt with lemon, juice and rind of one organic lemon, I then frosted with icing sugar and citrus juice, taste and an intoxicating scent, try it and then tell me. - Ingredients for one to 30 cm mold:
- 3 eggs
- 175 grams of sugar
- 100 g butter
- 125 grams of lemon yogurt
- 30 ml of lemon juice
- 1 grated lemon peel
- 160 g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How to make plum lemon
Melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature.
Mix flour, lemon zest, and baking powder in a bowl
Beat eggs with sugar for 10 minutes, until the eggs will not be well inflated.
Combine butter (now cold), yogurt and lemon juice. Stir well to mix everything.
Finally add the sifted flour with baking powder, stirring gently.
Pour into buttered and floured mold and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
