The frozen yogurt is a refreshing dessert, similar to ice cream but slightly sour taste. The frozen yogurt is a healthy dessert, low in calories and easy to prepare, can also be prepared without the ice cream machine and is customizable to suit your taste. I propose 2 versions of frozen yogurt, one with chocolate topping and smarties and one with syrup and sour cherries, yummy! - 250 grams of greek yogurt
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Cherries in Syrup
How to make frozen yogurt
With an immersion blender blend the yogurt with milk and maple syrup.
Place it in a container from the low edge, close it and put it in the freezer.
Keep it in the freezer for about 4 hours, taking care to mix every 30 minutes so as to break the ice crystals.
Once frozen split apart. Put it in the ice cream maker or in a mixer to break up the crystals
Then whisk with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
Then put the frozen yogurt into bowls.
Decorated with fresh fruit topping or chocolate or honey and nuts and serve.
