The frozen yogurt is a refreshing dessert, similar to ice cream but slightly sour taste. The frozen yogurt is a healthy dessert, low in calories and easy to prepare, can also be prepared without the ice cream machine and is customizable to suit your taste. I propose 2 versions of frozen yogurt, one with chocolate topping and smarties and one with syrup and sour cherries, yummy! Serves 2:
250 grams of greek yogurt
50 ml of milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Cherries in Syrup

How to make frozen yogurt

With an immersion blender blend the yogurt with milk and maple syrup.

Place it in a container from the low edge, close it and put it in the freezer.

Keep it in the freezer for about 4 hours, taking care to mix every 30 minutes so as to break the ice crystals.

Once frozen split apart. Put it in the ice cream maker or in a mixer to break up the crystals
