These ricotta donuts have been a real surprise! I saw the recipe here and had intrigued me, but I was afraid that prove a disappointment. And instead, these donuts without leavening have nothing to envy to the classic ones, and for those who have little time but still want to make a cake today to celebrate Father's Day, this recipe is really perfect. Today actually traditionally prepare the donuts of St. Joseph, but I doubt that I will have time today to do them, Ivano Alabardieri has a conference in the building (yes, another conference and as well on Saturday !!!) and I think it will opt for these ricotta and orange. Before saying goodbye, I want to wish all the fathers, to my daddy in the first place and then to Ivano, gentle and loving father who treats me and Elisa as its princesses;) a dock and good weekend!
