The chocolate pudding is a recipe that I was still on the blog. A pudding made with simple ingredients such as milk, sugar, butter and chocolate, a classic but much loved, that takes us back a bit 'to childhood memories. If you like, you can customize it, for example by adding orange zest, a teaspoon of instant coffee or a tablespoon rum or Baileys. The chocolate pudding can be divided into single portions or poured in a single mold. You can serve it plain or dusted with powdered sugar, I opted to make portions of the comfortable and decorated with a tuft of whipped cream and a blackberry. To realize my pudding I used the recipe shown in chocolate lasagna, and 'no eggs and among all those tasted, at the moment is my favorite version. - Ingredients for 6 puddings:
- 500 ml of milk
- 120 grams of dark chocolate
- 85 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of flour 00
- 80 g butter
- 1 vanilla pod
How to make chocolate pudding
Chop the chocolate and set aside.
Put the milk and the vanilla pod engraved in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, in another thick-bottomed saucepan, melt the butter.
Add sugar and stir.
Add the chocolate and let it melt, stirring constantly.
United also the flour, all at once and mix.
Finally incorporated slowly the hot milk (after eliminating the vanilla).
Let Simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Pour the pudding into molds slightly wet silicone (you can also use disposable ones made of aluminum) and let cool.
Then store in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Turn out very gently and serve immediately your chocolate puddings.
